Using “Skip to Checkout” in Your Listing Ad Setup

“Skip to Checkout” Now Available for Listing Ad Campaigns

You now have the option to skip to checkout during the Listing Ad setup process! This new feature allows you to purchase your campaign without completing the ad design or entering a landing page upfront.

How do I purchase a campaign without finishing it? 

When creating a Listing Ad, simply choose the “Skip to Checkout” option. This lets you purchase your campaign immediately and come back later to complete the remaining steps—like customizing your ad design, defining the targeting and adding your landing page.

How long do I have to finish setting up my campaign?

Once you purchase your listing ad campaign, you will have 60 days to finalize your campaign before your campaign will be automatically cancelled. During this time you can customize your ad’s design, set your landing page and adjust targeting location. 

Can I add impressions after purchasing my campaign?

Yes! Once your campaign is live, you can add impressions at any time by purchasing an Impression Boost. While your ad is still awaiting your final customizations, you won’t be able to add impressions or extend the campaign duration. However, once you finalize and launch the ad you will have full access to both features.

What happens if I don’t finish my campaign within 60 days?

If your campaign is not finalized by the end of the 60-day window, your campaign will be automatically cancelled. The value of the campaign will be added to your account as Site Credit. 

Can I request a refund instead?

All purchases are considered final sale as outlined in our Terms of Use. Unused campaign funds will be returned as Site Credit, which can be used toward future campaigns. Site Credit is valid for 1 year from the date it's issued.
