How Do I Create a New Account?

When you purchase a campaign through the Adwerx platform, your account will be created automatically. You don’t need to manually create an account to create or launch a new campaign. 

If you think you might already have an account but aren’t sure, see our article: How do I find out if I have an Adwerx account? for instructions on how to confirm if you have an existing account. 

If you’ve moved brokerages and need to transfer your existing account to a new AdStore, please contact our support team. We can help ensure your account and campaigns are correctly linked to your new brokerage.

AdStore administrators can view and manage user accounts from their Enterprise Dashboard. This includes updating user details, resetting passwords and monitoring account activity.
