I Know I’ve Made a Purchase but the ‘Forgot Password’ Page Is Saying I Do Not Have an Account

If you’ve purchased a campaign but see a message saying no account exists for your email, it may be because your account is linked to a different AdStore than the one you’re trying to access. Adwerx accounts are tied to specific AdStores, so you’ll need to reset your password on the store where your account was originally created.

  • If your brokerage provides Adwerx as a member benefit: Go to your brokerage’s AdStore to look up your account. If you’re not sure of the web address, contact your brokerage’s Adwerx administrator for assistance.

  • If you’ve changed brokerages: Accounts are not automatically transferred. Your account may still be tied to your previous brokerage’s AdStore. Contact Adwerx Support to merge accounts or move your existing account to your current AdStore.

  • If you’re an independent agent or your brokerage does not offer Adwerx: Your account is most likely on our main website at www.adwerx.com. Try resetting your password there.
