How to Log In to Your Adwerx Account

If your firm uses Single Sign-On (SSO), follow the login instructions provided by your brokerage to access your AdStore using your firm credentials. If you’re unsure, you can follow the steps below or contact your firm’s Adwerx administrator for assistance.

  1. Go to your AdStore
    Navigate to your firm’s AdStore. If your firm does not use Adwerx Enterprise, visit www.adwerx.com. Accounts are tied to a specific AdStore, so this step is critical.

    Note: Accounts are not automatically transferred if you change brokerages. You may need to contact Adwerx Support to merge multiple accounts or move an existing account to a different AdStore.
  1. Select “Log In”
    Click Log In on your AdStore homepage.

    • If your firm uses SSO, you’ll be directed to log in using your firm credentials.
    • Some SSO clients also allow you to log in with a username and password. If SSO is not working for you, you can try resetting your password manually.
  2. Enter your credentials
    Input your email and password. If you don’t have an existing account, you can still launch a new ad — your account will be created automatically at checkout.
  3. Reset your password if needed
    If you’ve forgotten your password, select Forgot password on the login page for your AdStore or on www.adwerx.com. When you submit a password reset request:

    • If your email address is associated with an account, you’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
    • If no account exists for that email address, you’ll see an alert on the page letting you know.
