Q: Do you have materials we can use in MoxiPresent to explain the Adwerx Listing program to potential sellers?

A: Yes, your account manager can provide you with a custom Listing Presentation Video (LPV) that thoroughly explains the benefits of Adwerx for your potential sellers. We highly encourage all MoxiPresent users to upload their custom LPV into MoxiPresent, MoxiWorks’ CMA tool. This will allow you to show potential sellers how you plan to market their home online with Adwerx.

Q: Can we run our listing ads based on the MoxiWorks listing feed?

A: Absolutely, if that is your preferred setup, we integrate seamlessly with MoxiWorks and can easily connect to your firm’s feed.

Q: Will our listing ads automatically direct to my MoxiWorks web pages?

A: If you utilize a MoxiWorks data feed, your ad's destination page will automatically be configured to be the MoxiWorks landing page for that property.

Q: Can we pull MoxiEngage contacts directly into our Adwerx campaigns?

A: Yes, for Adwerx Sphere ads that target a custom audience, we have a feature that allows you to easily import your contacts directly from MoxiEngage during campaign setup. 

Q: How does Adwerx connect to MoxiEngage?

A: Currently, our integration with MoxiEngage enables a one-time import of your MoxiWorks contacts during campaign setup. This will require you to login to your MoxiWorks account when prompted during the configuration process. 

Q: What are the benefits of using both MoxiWorks and Adwerx?

A: MoxiWorks is a suite of infrastructure tools for websites, CRM, data management and other back office functions. Adwerx focuses on relieving you of the burden of time consuming advertising legwork and ensures you are consistently branding your business to the right people. Adwerx leverages the MoxiWorks’ infrastructure to handle your advertising needs and provide a number of solutions, both automated and manual, using MoxiWorks’ data to make the process brilliantly simple. 

Q: How do we make this integration available to our agents?

A: All you have to do is let your Account Manager know you'd like to leverage this feature. We will enable the feature and work with MoxiWorks directly to make sure it functions smoothly for you and your agents.

Q:What can we do to maximize the impact of the Adwerx integration with MoxiWorks?

A: We can automatically pull over contacts from the MoxiWorks platform and ensure they are seeing your ads all over the web and social media. Ensure that you are advertising to all the right people - past clients, leads, recruits, your own agents - with Adwerx. 

Q: If we have an issue with automation, who can we contact?

A: Adwerx Support and Enterprise Account Managers are here to help you request any changes needed for your data feeds and to ensure seamless and smooth automation. We are connected closely with MoxiWorks support staff and will work together to help you solve any issues.

Q: Is there a cost associated with leveraging Adwerx's MoxiWorks integration?

A: No. We do not charge any fees for access to the MoxiWorks integration.

Q: Does this mean we don't have to put information into DASH anymore?

A: Unfortunately, DASH will still need to be updated as MoxiWorks uses DASH as a data source.

Q:Can we use MoxiWorks to import contacts into Adwerx Sphere of Influence campaigns?

A: Yes, you can find step-by-step instructions on how to import your contacts here.
