Overview

What is being discontinued?

On July 1, Adwerx discontinued participation in the Anywhere Real Estate Approved Supplier program for Coldwell Banker, Century 21, ERA, and Better Homes and Gardens. All AdStores provided to Coldwell Banker, Century 21, ERA, and Better Homes and Gardens as part of this program were shut down on this day.

While we are discontinuing the ability to purchase new ads on these custom AdStores, we are not discontinuing ad campaigns previously purchased by individuals or franchisees and you are still able to purchase new campaigns on adwerx.com.

Any ad campaigns you purchased directly, either online through your company-branded AdStore or over the phone through a member of our team, will be automatically migrated over to our Adwerx AdStore and will continue to run as normal. These campaigns will end or renew on the date specified at the time of purchase.

Do I have to cancel the Adwerx campaigns I bought? 

No, any ad campaigns you purchased directly, either online through your Anywhere AdStore or over the phone through a member of our team, will continue to run as normal. You are able to continue your campaigns with the same views and results you have seen in the duration of this partnership.

What ads are impacted?

No active campaigns will be impacted by this change. All ads purchased by individuals will be automatically migrated over to our Adwerx AdStore and will continue to run as normal. These campaigns will end or renew on the date specified at the time of purchase.

All new ad campaigns, regardless of type (Zip Code, Listing, TV, etc.), can be purchased on adwerx.com or through your current Adwerx Account, which will be migrated over to our Adwerx AdStore.

Can I continue to purchase and run ads through Adwerx?

Absolutely, our ability to service your purchase has not changed and we will continue to provide best-in-class services and products to the Anywhere network at a franchise, office and individual level. Brokers are encouraged to contact our sales team to learn about options for ad automation for individual franchisees. Agents can continue to use our services regardless of changes to the approved supplier program. 

Can I continue to use the custom listing presentation video?

Unfortunately, the use of all marketing materials, including the custom listing presentation videos, is no longer permitted for network members unless their franchise has a current contract with Adwerx. The use of those materials was covered under the Approved Supplier program. We kindly ask that all use of video and print materials provided by Adwerx to the network cease as of July 1, 2023.

However, all agents and brokers who are employed by a Franchisee who has signed a separate enterprise agreement with Adwerx are permitted to continue the use of all marketing materials. If you have any questions about if your firm has the right to use these materials, please contact your broker or our customer service team. 

Continuation Options for Franchisees

Can I work with Adwerx directly to automate my campaigns?

Absolutely! Despite changes to the approved supplier program, we are still able to provide individual franchisees the option to purchase automated advertising through the Adwerx platform, should you elect to do so. The Adwerx ad program has significant advantages over other platforms, including:

  • Custom targeting so your clients see the ads for their own property listing when they browse the web and social media
  • Motion Ads that catch the eye
  • Luxury templates for premier listings
  • Integration with transaction management systems
  • Personalized listing presentation videos to help your agents win more business

I have an enterprise agreement for my brokerage, does this affect me?

While we are no longer be participating in the Anywhere Real Estate Approved Supplier program, this does not affect your current enterprise contract with Adwerx. Your firm and agents will still receive best-in-class automated digital advertising through Adwerx without interruption.

Your firm’s portal and AdStore will remain active and your automated, firm-level and agent-purchased campaigns will continue to run without interruption.

Individual Advertising Campaigns

Will I still receive a 15% discount?

Unfortunately, the end of the program means the discount will no longer be available on new or renewing campaigns for customers whose brokerage has not signed up for an Enterprise platform. Campaigns already running will continue to run with the 15% discount expiring on the campaigns next renewal occurrence.

What ads are impacted?

No active campaigns will be impacted by this change. All ads purchased by individuals will be automatically migrated over to our Adwerx AdStore and will continue to run as normal. These campaigns will end or renew on the date specified at the time of purchase.
