This to me is one of the most important things. Don’t have the budget for staging? How about VIRTUAL STAGING? Some people ddon’tlike it but I’d rather have Virtual than empty in most cases. Make sure you include the Before and Afters. Here are some companies to choose from.

If you really want to impress your clients…Make a website for your property. Sounds hard and expensive…but it’s not! There are companies out there with some amazing Templates that take no time at all. Also, make sure you get a custom domain name for like $20 from GoDaddy, such as 123mainst.com. Want MAXIMUM exposure for your listings? You have to pay to play!. No listing should be without some Facebook Ads. Run some in your geographic area, run some to your Database using Custom Audiences and run some to where you think the potential buyer might come from. Have a Video? Run some Youtube Ads as well. You can also run some Google Ads…but I have found these to be a little trickier. Want the easy solution to Google Ads? Try Adwerx!
That’s it for today. Have some really cool out of the box tech ideas?? I’d love to hear about them. Used any of these companies before?? How was your experience. I’d love to hear your feedback!
