Please Please Please no more slideshows with corny music. These days it’s all about Virtual Reality 360 Walkthroughs. Some feel that it will bring fewer showings….but it definitely depends on the property. Here are a couple options for you.
ITS ALL ABOUT VIDEO! I’m sure you keep hearing this over and over. Video posts have 135% greater organic reach than photo posts. It’s best to find a local videographer on Vimeo or by doing a search…but here are a few companies that stand out to me that might be available in your area.
If you really want to impress your clients…Make a website for your property. Sounds hard and expensive…but it’s not! There are companies out there with some amazing Templates that take no time at all. Also, make sure you get a custom domain name for like $20 from GoDaddy, such as 123mainst.com. Want MAXIMUM exposure for your listings? You have to pay to play!. No listing should be without some Facebook Ads. Run some in your geographic area, run some to your Database using Custom Audiences and run some to where you think the potential buyer might come from. Have a Video? Run some Youtube Ads as well.
