How it Works
What properties are eligible for this program?
All U.S. listings that are priced above $200,000, classified as single-family or multi-family residences and do not already receive an automated listing ad from their brokerage are eligible. To run automatically, properties must be included in the RE/MAX Reliance feed submitted to Adwerx. The program will run for any listing that is active between October 7, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
What if I already get an Adwerx campaign through my Brokerage?
We want everyone to share this benefit so we’ve added 1,000 free impressions to every listing that is already automated through a brokerage’s Adwerx program.
What is included in the campaign?
Each complimentary campaign is web-based and optimized to deliver approximately 1,000 impressions during its one-week long run.
Can I still send email reports to my sellers?
Absolutely! These campaigns operate just like any standard listing ad. You can include your seller’s email address so they receive a copy of the ad’s performance. When your sellers interact with the report, they are also added to your ad’s targeting audience, giving them additional opportunities to see their home’s ad.

To show our appreciation, and to support RE/MAX agents through the final months of the year, we’re covering the cost of every single one of these campaigns, ensuring your sellers feel confident and well-marketed.
How can I boost my ad’s exposure?
To increase the impressions or length of your campaign, you can easily do so in your Adwerx account. If you choose to extend the campaign beyond the initial week, it will receive a base of 7,000 impressions per week across both social media and web platforms. Additional impressions added after the first week will also be distributed across premium websites and social media. Any ad boosts applied during this first week will be applied to your web-based impressions.Your 15% off RE/MAX discount will automatically be applied at checkout for all boosts and extensions will automatically be 15% off at checkout.
Can I opt out of the program?
RE/MAX franchise leaders can opt entire offices out of the program. Individual agents cannot be automatically opted out. However, before ads go live agents will receive an email to the address listed in the listing feed, notifying them that the ad will launch within 48 hours. At that time, agents can log in to their Adwerx account to cancel the campaign before it starts. Ads can also be canceled at any point during their week-long run.
