The AdWerx team is looking forward to attending the Century 21 of the Carolinas Spring Rally later this week. Conferences are an excellent way to network with fellow agents, learn about new industry practices and find out more about new technology and services.
As the team prepared for the conference, they considered some ideas about how to make the most of their time while there. We decided to ask some of the biggest names in the real estate business about advice they have when it comes to networking and attending events. We posed this question on Twitter and Facebook:
Do you have any good tips for Real Estate Agents who are attending a conference?
Grimm Family Homes offered what is debatably the best advice on our Facebook Page; “Drink lots and lots of coffee!” Check out more responses below, and feel free to leave your own tips in the comments!
@AdWerx, hey! a good tip would be to wear a name tag! If they don’t have any – make one. Also – don’t forget your business cards!

@AdWerx the best tip I’ve found helpful was to meet people who we’re tweeting event highlights with hashtags … they’re the most motivated. — Michael Corley (@CorleyBrooklyn) February 19, 2014
@AdWerx and to engage via twitter first and suggest a meet during event function … has always worked for me.
