Real estate agents really do like to help each other out. It’s what makes this such a unique industry.
This past month, at Inman Connect in San Francisco, we sat down with some of today’s leaders in real estate, including Nicole Beauchamp, Jeff Lobb, Kelly Mitchell and Mark Spain. These are folks who have been around the market and seen the growth and change. And they were more than happy to share their advice for new real estate agents.
“Being a new agent is tough,” shares Chris Scott of The Paperless Agent. He and Nicole both advised new agents to look at more than just financial details when choosing a brokerage. Think education. Think support. Think opportunity.
Joe Schutt of Unit Realty Group, talks about building your network. “Your sphere of influence is your bread and butter,” he says.
