Real Estate Promotional Materials

Knowing what real estate marketing materials to create for your business can be overwhelming. You want to work smarter, not harder, at finding potential buyers. Engage with your target audience by uniquely appealing to their interests and needs, and you might be surprised by how quickly your real estate business grows.

Real Estate Marketing Materials

First and foremost, claim what works. Take a look at what marketing materials you’ve used in the past year. For example:

  1. Did the postcards you send bring in more referrals?
  2. Are the table tents in the local coffee shop gathering dust or appointments?
  3. Is your website getting traffic from first-time home buyers?

TIP 1: If you don’t know the answers, then you can’t evaluate your success. Make sure you can measure results for any marketing materials you use.

Smartphone? Yes. Print Ads? Not On Their Own.

Statistics from a survey by the National Association of Realtors show that while newspaper ads or home magazines are valuable, house hunters are looking online for additional ways to gain information.

That’s because they’re using their phones to search the Internet, find open houses, calculate mortgages, and get pre-approvals. If your online marketing materials aren’t mobile-friendly, you are losing out big time.

TIP 2: As of 2015, most Americans have smartphones. All your online marketing materials should resize properly on a smartphone.

Video Works for Real Estate

People love videos, and as it turns out, they are a great tool for selling real estate. If you’re not comfortable making a video, find some local film students or hire someone to shoot and edit it.

TIP 3: Post your videos online and create a successful YouTube channel. Then share them on your website or blog.

Retarget Your Digital Ads

Retargeting is a strategy we use at Adwerx to turn brands into digital billboards. When a prospect leaves a website, we use retargeting technology to place our client’s digital ads (face and phone number) on the sites the prospect will visit next.

TIP 4: Did you know two-thirds of clients will use the first agent they call? Retargeting helps you gain exposure so that call goes to you.
