Boomerang also allows you to schedule recurring reminders that can be sent to yourself and others. This is a perfect solution for the busy life and agenda of a real estate agent.

Perhaps the best thing about Google Drive is that you can seamlessly connect it to your Gmail account. With Google Drive, you can save all of your important documents in one place and access them anywhere you go with your phone or computer. You can create a huge network of fellow real estate agents as well as potential buyers or sellers. In addition, you can connect with former clients who can recommend you and endorse your skills and expertise. It’s free marketing and PR that will seriously pay off.
Cardmunch is an application from the people at LinkedIn that will save you tons of time and energy. For some of us, business cards can be almost impossible to keep track of, usually ending up in pockets or at the bottom of a purse somewhere. With Cardmunch, you no longer have to worry about that. All you have to do is take a picture of said business card, and it will be sent to actual people who will transcribe all of the information and send it back to you. You will then have the information you need to further network with these contacts online.
Apps for Repairs
If one of your listings is in need of repairs or rehab, Hammerpoint is an app you need to have in your arsenal. Hammerpoint will walk you through any repairs that may need to be made, compiling a detailed estimate that includes suggested prices. It also will autofill details about each job that needs to be done, but is customizable in order for you to make changes. Any app that could potentially save time and money is a keeper!
MagicPlan is an application that could work hand-in-hand with Hammerpoint. With MagicPlan, you create floorplans of the home you are trying to sell by using your phone or tablet to take photos of the different rooms. You don’t need any architectural experience to utilize this app. It’s a simple way to add floorplans to your listings or plan out renovations.
Apps for Anything
If you only download one app on this list, download EasilyDo. It’s everything you need, all wrapped up into one magical creation. EasilyDo connects to all of your social profiles, emails, bills, and more and allows you to accomplish everything you need from within the EasilyDo app. It’s basically a personal assistant combined with a newsfeed, and it will make your life so much easier.
